I took my BMW E93 in to the garage, they were very quick in the responses for me to take the car in. Gave the car to them and everything seemed good and trustworthy. They found a leak in the radiator which i already knew and it was agreed that it would either be repaired or replaced. They contacted me and told me that the radiator needed replacing so i didn’t hesitate and said this needed to be done in order to check for further diagnostic. The radiator took around 5 days to complete and for then to let me know it was done. I fully understand if they had many cars in, but at-least notify me telling me that it wont be completed in the next few days and will take a while due to the amount of cars in the garage. I waited a good few days and had to contact them for an update on my car. I had many conversations and they had told me they will contact me by a certain time the following day but never received a call until i decided to contact them myself. After no contact i decided to head down to the garage and see what was actually happening with my car. Went in and was told my car was ready but no one had contacted me. Very frustrating. At the end, they didn’t diagnose my car and didn’t find a fault on my car. I sent it in for a diagnostic and they failed there job at it. Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I went to MLS for Accident body repair. My car had a deep scratch and hole on the door & broken mirror cover. The guys were super helpful and fixed the damage perfectly in a very short period of time. I can never recommend them enough. Got the clutch and flywheel replaced on my car. Started out with LMS saying it would be two days, after 5 days I got my car back. Then the real problems started. Started making odd noises a week later while I was on holiday in Cornwall. Got out and looked underneath with oils pouring out. Spoke to LMS who said I would need to pay to get the car back to them to look at. Took it to a local garage for them to inspect for them to discover an old flywheel bolt left in the bell housing and this had put a hole in the gearbox! LMS wanted nothing to do with it.
