From start to finish terrible service. Firstly, Evelyn operational manager....fantastic on every level. Professional and communication was on point. Paid a lot of money for 16 seater that I inspected, with air conditioning for 9 passengers, they send a completely different bus, with one window and 2 drivers. On return journey they wanted payment for an extra 2 passengers. So remember, I paid for 16 seater shouldn't be a problem with 11, right.?!? Unbelievable rip off company you do NOT get what you pay for. I seriously could not use this company again and neither should you. Paul you DID let me down and badly.
