Placed an order on Monday with a £15 courier fee. Have emailed a few times and spoken to reception regarding an ETA. ZERO response and now Wednesday afternoon. Would have ordered elsewhere had I known the customer service would be this bad :( Once I eventually got to speak to someone, he was very helpful and got my order dispatched the same day.

Yet three and half weeks later, still not received a reply. I'm thankful not to have purchased the £500 worth of metal from there site as I am very doubtful if it would have turned up!
