Decided I wanted to have a beta hcg to track a pregnancy, within 20 mins I was having my blood taken in the afternoon on the Wednesday. Results were returned around 11:30 the next day. At the first appointment I picked up a follow up beta hcg test to do at home which I took 48hrs later than the first to check progress. I did that at the same time on the Friday and dropped it in around 5:30pm, I received that result back around 11am the next day. The staff there were also really friendly and warm. Thank you very much for an excellent experience, it helped reassure me in early pregnancy as had a miscarriage last time.

Pleased with my Phlebotomy training. Thank you doctor for the knowledge you shared with us. Training was very informative with loads of practice. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Members of staff are very friendly un bubbly. Also had my blood test done here and received detailed results in a short period of times. Definitely recommend this place if you want to have you health check up done in professional manner.

Came here for a blood test. Warned nurse in advance that I tend to faint during blood tests. When I started feeling dizzy and nearly fainted, the nurse kept on saying 'no don't feel bad everything is ok', which wasn't very helpful. I have never felt this bad during a blood test. I was promised to receive my test results the next day but I didn't get anything. I have been calling twice now (yesterday and today) and still get told I will get results the next day.

Recently, I visited the London Laboratory for my parents' PCR test, I got the results in no time but I found some clerical mistakes on the certificate. So when I went to the laboratory in Putney, there were 2 staff members ( Grace and Pacooio) who were very nice and helpful, for example, as soon as we stated the problem they contacted the laboratory and sorted out the problem in no time. So I am incredibly appreciative to them and I recommend this Laboratory to everyone.

Terrible service. My partner and I paid for a next day PCR result on a Thursday (to be received by midnight the day after), and did not receive anything until Saturday morning, causing us to postpone a flight. I only received my result after calling them exactly as they opened at 9am and having to wait 48 minutes on hold, only to be told it had to ‘be put in the machine again’ and would take another hour. I have emailed asking for a refund and am yet to receive a reply. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Please do not use this laboratory - you will regret it. My family paid a premium for same day tests, as we needed to take a flight the next day. The results were not received by midnight, as promised. We began following up via email at around 2am - but after one completely non-committed email response, they stopped responding completely - we followed up every 30 minutes, but nothing. We called when the line opened at 9am, but were something like 80 in the queue and no answer was forthcoming - and after over 2 hours on hold they simply hung up. At this point we were meant to be checking in to our flight, so were forced to cancel our flights and book for later in the day - at huge expense. We then had to travel across London with our baby to go back to the clinic in Putney, but they had no idea when we would receive our results. They apologised and confirmed that they would reimburse us for our change flight costs and the emergency PCRs now needed so that we could board our flight later in the day. So I was forced to pay for emergency 4 hour PCRs - again at huge expense - as that was the only option available that would allow us to fly home that night. Since arriving home, I have contacted the laboratory via email on numerous occasions to follow up and to provide our receipts for reimbursement - but so far we have not even had a confirmation that they have received my email, or a call, or any reimbursement. I reviewed on Trustpilot and was asked for my phone number - but there has been no call. In short, I picked this laboratory as it seemed professional, clean and promised quick results - but it has absolutely ruined our Christmas and I will be paying off the incurred financial costs for months to come. I would definitely not recommend this laboratory.
