Poor service from London Medical Laboratory. I have been awaiting a refund from the 14th December (which they confirmed they would do) and despite sending numerous emails they have not refunded me nor replied to any of my emails. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Easy to book onsite anitigen test. Website means you have to check out to book your time and date, which flumoxed me for a little bit - probably because I was anxious to get it right for my dad. But once booked, very easy. Straight in, straight out, result emailed to us by the time we got home. Phew. One less thing to worry about

Dusgusting service! Do not use!!! Simply fraudulent! Same day results booked and paid for. Not received and are now uncontactable! Paid extra as had a wedding to fly in for which can now not attend... gutted! Have now been on the phone queue for 50 mins and have made it to position 52! Wht can i not give zero stars!

We had a great experience getting a fast PCR test done with these guys! We actually booked another test with another supplier, but upon reading the reviews some said they were taking 10 days for a 2day PCR test! When you are coming from overseas, every day you are here is valuable. So getting it done promptly is a must. With London Medical Lab, we got our test at 10.30 in the morning and got the results at about 10.30 pm the same day. (We did pay for same day results.) Feedback for the owner, the poor girl working the desk was literally being blinded by the sun belting into the shop front. Needs some darker areas on the glass here.
