(Translated by Google) Hotel ideally located on the Jubilee Line which provides quick access to central London. Next to Regent's Park which is really very nice. 20 mins walk, there is the Camden Market and its canals and its completely crazy shops. the hotel itself is aging, the service is not always at the "top" (our room had not been prepared when we arrived, and not made during the stay). Parking is extremely expensive. There is a pool but we weren't sure if we could use it. The rooms overlook the street most of the time so it remains noisy even on the 4th floor. The people at the reception do not make much effort to understand us. A great refreshment would be welcome.

We stayed at the Marriot Regent's Park overnight. Arrival staff and check in were excellent, bar staff friendly service, excellent food and room was clean and comfortable. Generally excellent. Check out team also helpful... it was the same lady. However, having checked out just before 11.45am and was on my train journey home, I realised I had left my phone charger in the room. By the time I got home, and called the hotel all lines were closed. I tried again the very next morning Monday at 8.44am, less than 24 hour after my departure and spoke to reception, having asked to be put through to lost and found. I spoke to Dawhli (male)?? explained my situation and he said he would check. 30 seconds later he advised 'nothing had been found'. And I'm not exaggerating. He was not gone long enough to even make a call. I said that could not possibly be, as I know I left it in the room plugged in by my bed and asked how could he have checked in such a short time span?? He proceeded to tell me he could not help any more and I could lodge a complaint, that was my right!! I was gobsmacked. I asked to speak to a manager and he said I could 're dial'. These calls are supposed to be recorded so I hope management listen to the call. Having called back 5 times... yes he cut me off the first time!! I got through to Sheda?? She was very helpful, took my details , took time to check the log and said she'd call me back by 3pm... sadly she did not. It's now 8.30pm. I'm really disappointed. It's the little things that your customers appreciate when we spend so much money!! I said I'd happily pay the postage for them to return my property if they took the actual time to look for my property. Thank goodness it wasn't money or jewellery.... I accept it was my own carelessness but I called as early as I could. I took a picture of the beautiful back board just before we left the room at 11.11am and you can CLEARLY SEE MY CHARGER WHERE I SAID I LEFT IT... Shame on you Marriot staff. SHAME ON YOU!!! The 2 stars are for the lack of help or care post stay. Apart from that, everything was great.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and exceptional service. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had breathtaking views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities, such as the pool and fitness center, were fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request I had. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit!"

I am not a fun of big hotel chains as most of the rooms are quite basic. Usually entrance hall look great and rest is just boring. I have noticed that more and more hotels copy McDonald's style shared toilets - looks cheap. Good job with lights and sound at symposium.
