    Overall a good stay. Comfy, modern rooms in a great location. We really enjoyed breakfast too - shout-out to the friendly chef responsible for probably the best hot English breakfast we’ve ever had. The only complaints were: (1) The checkin process was long and we had to wait for a room even though we checked in online and had shared our arrival time in advance (2) The wait for the lifts was pretty annoying because one of the lifts wasn’t working.
