It was a comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean and comfortable. The downside probably is the doors in the rooms have no soft closing. I can hear the doors closing all the time throughout the night. So, for light sleepers might need to take a ear plug. PS: the exterior of the building is under construction at the time we checked in (20/05/2023). So, if you are looking to take a nice photo of the building might need to call up first.

Walkability: Excellent location. Bond street station very close. Oxford street a few blocks away. Noteworthy details: The staff is great. The M lounge has nice offerings throughout the day. Just love David at the front door. He is such a lovely man and so welcoming. He is always so genuinely kind and helpful. We look forward to seeing him every time. We hope he will stay with the hotel a little while longer!! Hope to see you in September 😉
