I’ve had my jacket since mid December now and it’s okay. It’s baggy in areas. Unfortunately, the quality isn’t good for the price paid. Stitching starting to come apart, loose threads, messy logo, leather wearing away and scuffing around the zip. I have only been using it a few months so it should realistically be in good+ condition. The communication between me and the company was okay, slightly delayed replies but all info needed.

Email response is next to nothing. After calling several times I finally got through to someone. I then got provided with a tracking number, which turned out to be not my order. I called sky world wide couriers and got told after confirming the tracking number and my address, that this is for someone else. I tried to call again London Leathers, but no one picks up the phone and the answer phone says their mail box is full. I ordered on 3rd of November and still no order nor tracking details. Disappointed that I haven’t received it yet since it is meant to be a birthday present and annoyed that the response of London Leathers is almost none existent unless you are lucky and someone answers the phone. Hopefully the leather jacket I ordered will turn up and is worth the hassle, wait and bad customer service.
