I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I booked a treatment online and was contacted by the clinic’s manager to confirm and asked what time I wanted to come in. To my surprise and disappointment less then a hour for the appointment and on my way to the clinic I received a call to say that they had committed a mistake and there was no one there capable to do the treatment. Now I ask. If the manager don’t know when a therapist is in the clinic and send me a choice of time for the procedure. It shows the indifference with the day to day of the clinic and customers. Not to mention that my appointment was for 13:00 and I was called at 12:30 . Do they don’t check what procedures are happening from opening? I’m surly not going back.

I chose this clinic based on the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I came for a skin tag removal - the beauty therapist was knowledgable, friendly and explained the procedure to me (it was the first time having this done). The procedure itself was a little painful at times but the therapist would pause and give me a moment before continuing. The clinic itself was clean and nice (although a bit chilly inside in this cold weather). Prices are reasonable compared to some other local places, and parking is available on nearby side streets for free during certain hours. I would definitely recommend and come back.

I have been a regular customer for a few years and have always had good customer service up until I asked for what hair removal laser setting was last used on me. I was told by Kristina at Colindale reception she was not able to provide that info due to data security. This is absurd and as the client I am entitled to know. I have emailed Zara the Director and have not received a reply. Going forward I would not be going to this clinic due to them with holding information about me. It appears to me that they hiding something or they have not been recording my settings. I am waiting to hear back from Ann Wild who is the Clinical Training Manager at Lumenis medical devices, laser company I used to work for. They shall be hearing from me soon. I have to say I was very satisfied with the service at the beginning. Then funny things started happening. I was told I bought package of 6 no 8 treatments which wasn’t true. After very long conversation I proved it. Then they started pushing to buy new packages when i clearly said that I’m okay for now. I’m not sure if I would come back. They used to be fantastic but then I felt like is one big scam. I lost my trust to this place.
