Please do not confused between Korean Embassy and KVAC. Korean Embassy is totally different from KVAC. Korean Embassy does not deal with Korean visa application process since Jan 2022.

Worst visa application service They are not responding to emails and the phone is not working, I have paid my visa fees and they haven’t responded me so far, the most terrible service, I rang embassy and embassy said they are no longer part of the process, I can’t believe why did Korean embassy decide to work with this terrible service, I’m gonna spread the feedbacks to every platform to let people see how terrible is this service

Terrible experience. The whole visa application is extremely frustrating and time-wasting. Staffs never answer phone calls: I've phoned them 5 times, waiting up to 20 mins, but no one available. Their emails always talk like a robot: they asked for a return address and I replied, and then they sent back the same return address confirmation request again, then I replied again, then the same request without change a word again. They just never read them. It's been 20 working days (nearly a whole month) since I sent them the application, but with no visa and no passport, I canceled my schedule unfortunately. I've also paid £12 for a return postage, which is a mandate according to their website, but now I may send myself to London to fetch my passport. The Korean Embassy is not helpful as well. If you encounter any visa-relating problems, they hold no responsibilities to help. What I got is just a cold reply informing me to help myself contact KVAC.
