    They have a great range of items and their prices are decent. However, the shop is disorganised to the point that they have massive boxes of dinner sets on the floor next to the register and you can't walk past it without having to squeeze through. Its a health and safety hazard. Don't go in unless you're on your own and you are skinny.

    Avoid!! This is worst place!! These nasty owners are selfish and rude. Items are way expensive, but their customer service is even worse. They make up policies just by looking at the customer faces, they are hungry of money, nothing else. They don't care about people who shop here. There are better kitchenware shops in green street that treats you with kindness and respect.

    Such a small unorganized shop, people shouting across each corner, husband and wife at the counter always conversing in Punjabi without being friendly to customers. Got over charged for a spoon but let that go, only to go home and the non stick pan we bought, the lid was so bent! off to exchange it now, we’l see what they say. Nonetheless the pottery is cheaper than walthamstow where i paid £25 for a medium pot and its £8 here!!!!

    I'm only giving it a 1 star as that is the lowest option. If I could the store, because of their rudeness, would get a NEGATIVE STAR RATING 😡. My wife informed me that she and my niece went to exchange some Knives which were incorrect. When she went the person attending tried to dismiss this by saying we do not do exchanges or refunds when it is clearly shown inside the store with a sign that you can exchange or refund. He kept trying to deny this but as my wife persisted he got angry and gave the money back in full rather than exchange. Throughout this whole episode he was very rude and arrogant and had the audacity to say to her to "Never come back". To the store worker/ owner or whoever you are... Don't worry she won't be returning and where possible I will be reporting & complaining you to the Trading Standards and other places for your terrible treatment & behaviour towards my wife and niece.

    I was very disappointed by the rude, unprofessional and pathetic attitude by the owner who run the shop- may be husband and wife. I bought few items and spend a lot and wanted to return one of the items that was not needed. they rudely refused to return the item by saying that they don't have refund policy. I WOULD NEVER EVER VISIT THIS RUDE AND PATHETIC PEOPLE AGAIN. LATER ON, I CAME TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE EXPENSIVE AS COMPARE TO OTHERS. NASTY OLD COW
