I met Dr. Stephen Humble just under a year ago. He calmly and clearly explained all available options and the pros and cons involved so I could make an informed decision. After living with chronic pain for five years or more which resulted in loss of use of my right arm/hand. Dr. Stephen Humble did my procedure mid January, and already I'm beginning to reap the rewards!!! The pain is gradually decreasing and I have begun to sleep better and at times I'm able to hold items with my hand without the nerve pain making me suddenly drop everything. Long may this relief continue. It's given me a new lease of life once more.

Today is 25 January 2023 and I noticed that I have had several pleasant " interactions" with Doctor Humble since my original review. It would take too long to recount the care / kindness / professionalism that Doctor Humble displayed on every occasion that we met (even once via Zoom) Most recently Doctor H injected by lower back ( showing as always brilliant professionalism ? skill whilst at the same time showing me understanding / kindness. ( the latter being a very rare trait in consultants nowadays). One of the many reasons it's so easy to differentiate Doctor H from most other Consultants is the supreme efficiency of his P. A / Office Staff. Finally it's very well worth mentioning that Doctor H is never lost for new and inspirational ideas to make his patients' lives more comfortable. I now live in Manchester but I will wait until until I'm next in London to see Dr Humble. -------------------------------------------------------------- The Treatment I received from Doctor Humble yesterday was exemplary. Doctor was totally efficient whilst still managing to be kind caring and considerate extremely professional and pleasant. After effects were minimal - very unlike the experience of other such past Injections. I would unreservedly recommend Dr Humble and if does not sound OTT I bless the day I met him and he started to make my excruciating pain go away. Finally and most importantly I forgot to mention that his PA -Sasha - makes the whole process very smooth indeed and even manages to " inject" a degree of humour into the proceedings

I had a series of accumulated pain issues for which my physio referred me to Mr Humble and none were simple. He has proven to be amazingly patient, clearly expert and is close to resolving my last injury soon after several straightforward and well executed procedures. I just tested my body out on a week doing watersports and can’t believe the difference. His surgical team work well together and clearly respect him and his secretary Kerry has been very helpful and efficient also. I wish I had gone to see him years earlier

The treatment I received from Doctor Humble over the past number of years has been exceptional. Dr Humble has wonderful bed side manners, he's a deep thinker, so he's listening to every word you say, his reports are so detailed they are top class and he's very quick to get to the crux of your pain and issues. He's an outstanding consultant, professional and super pleasant. He's honest in his opinion and will guide to what in his experience of what the best treatment options are. I was in excruciating pain when I was first sent to him by another specialist and thankfully, I am pain free now.

I have been seeing Dr Humble on and off for a few years for pain as I have Rhuematoid Arthritis and some other conditions, he really listens to his patients, he's one of the only doctors I've come across that takes the time to understand the problem and come up with a suitable treatment that works (for me at least!), the clinic is well organised and I would recommend to anyone looking for pain relief, you're in capable hands.
