Attended their Sunday service last Sunday and when I heard the "lesson" or sermon, I wasn't "cut to the heart", I was just saddened at the false doctrine and pride radiating throughout. Talk about half truths. Wow. The preacher claimed the bad reviews to be persecution on God's church.. but I disagree. "I can't hangout with my sinner friends," he smirked, referring to the comments of people claiming ICC to be a cult, but in reality, they stop you from hanging out with ANY friend who isn't part of their church. To them, anyone outside their church IS a sinner (this includes family or other Christians who are baptised, but aren't baptised within their church). He also said with a lot of enthusiasm as a church "we believe in being saved by works and not faith alone", a loud cheer echoed through the congregation, as he then quoted James 2:24 and twisted it out of context... scary how the devil is working. Be careful not to fall into their trap. Discernment is key. Even the devil can appear as an angel of light. (2 Corinthians 11:14)

There is no question in my mind that this "church" isn't a church at all, but a CULT!!! They harassed, ambushed, lied on, and attempted to terriorise my friend in a public space in Stratford in 2021 just because my friend disagreed with their false teachings, questioned their doctrine and called them out on it, then they began cyberstalking her. A church doesn't do that.. only a cult does. A church doesn't ask you to write down a list of your sins for you to read to them. A church doesn't try to gain your trust and then twist everything you've told them to scare you into submission. A church doesn't claim that they know everything about the Bible and that it's you who needs to be taught, and not them. A church doesn't use psychological strategies in order to entrap you and manipulate you. A church doesn't encourage their members to disconnect from anyone who isn't part of their church or who don't believe in their twisted doctrine. A church doesn't claim to have authority over God's Word so that they can add to scripture or speak on God's behalf. A church doesn't discourage their members to think for themselves. A church doesn't continuouly push the ideology that you're not a "true disciple" if you haven't baptised more than 4 people, or attend every single church service, meeting, discussion, retreat or conference that they have going. A church doesn't turn you against friends you've known for years just because they disagree with their theology. A church doesn't threaten people on the street, because they disagree with their doctrine. No. A church doesn't behave in that way. A πππ‘πππ₯π’π¨π¦ ππ¨ππ§ does that. Once you're in there, you're trapped. Fake isn't even the word. All I know is after what they did to my friend, my friend lost trust in everyone for a long time, especially Christians. Don't go anywhere near that CULT. It's not worth losing your salvation over. Ask God for the spirit of discernment when it comes to these people, because once you're in there.. they won't let you leave without a fight. My Aunty used to be a part of this cult.. she had to move homes and change her number so that they wouldn't find her or contact her. These people may seem warm, friendly and loving. I mean, most of these 5 star reviews are by those within the cult itself. But take it from me. I may not have met them personally but I've seen what they're like. I saw the trauma they inflicted on my friend. Truly thank God that after every thing my friend went through, she didn't lose her faith. She moved out of London because of the trauma, but her faith is stronger now, she's gotten her confidence back & she loves Jesus sooo deeply, so their intimidation didn't stop her, but she's still traumatised. Don't put yourself in harms way. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! PLEASE!

I have been going to this Church for nearly 7 years and it has completely changed my life. A church which clearly teaches biblical doctrine. I know there are 1 start reviews about this church ruining lives and CULT!!. My life has never been this better, the church has helped me grow closer to my physical family, it has helped me through medical school, which I am about to complete and also helped me navigate how to be a Christian in the world today, where a lot of churches compromise on biblical teachings!

Imagine if Hitler or a selfish scammer ran your church, to me imho that's what I feel a cult like this is like. Rarely if ever is the criticism or "persecution" about the bible or Jesus or God but nearly always about the abusive, greedy and manipulative leadership, and the false doctrines. I felt salvation was works based, unless you recruit and tithe you're shunned and lied about. Their doctrine teaches only their church are true Christians that alone is enough to tick the box cult.

This is a cult. They will also harass you on social media offering "Bible studies" and other group meetings that preach their version and interpretation of scripture. Please be careful.

They are a cult. The positive reviews are all from their cult members. They prey on young university students. They were banned from UCL University. Please be mindful. This is not Christianity but a very harmful cult.
