My regular hydrotherapy sessions with Selvia and her team following a serious pelvic fracture injury made a huge difference to my recovery. Her calm, patient and caring manner helped me build strength and confidence to get back on my feet in advance of starting conventional physio. The sessions in the pool were also very enjoyable and a welcome relief from the limitations of being on crutches with limited mobility. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for hydrotherapy.

Thank you to Selvia and Evette, who provided fantastic support & encouragement during hydrotherapy sessions. They really pushed me outside of my comfort zone & helped me regain mobility & strength in my limbs. I would recommend them to anyone searching for hydrotherapy.

I could not recommend the team more highly. After breaking my back in labour, the team at London Hydrotherapy did wonders and got me moving smoothly again. It can be very scary getting in the pool for the first time but Fiona, Selvia and their team were there every step of the way. A brilliant way to get the body moving again with minimal pain.

London hydrotherapy were such a great help with my recovery – their treatment in a warm water environment made an amazing impact on both the rehabilitation after my shoulder replacement and my recovery from sciatica/spinal cyst. Much more than physio alone had. Fiona and Selivia are really encouraging – helping to heal mind and body. I highly recommend them for any post surgery or injury rehab, arthritis or muscle/nerve pains (and i had them all! Had them all treated here and all massively improved as a result)

I previously had a ruptured calf and on a separate occasion a partially torn tendon in my foot and had to attend numerous physiotherapy sessions with London Hydrotherapy. Both times they provided me with the assistance and guidance to make a full recovery and get back to what I love doing the most.... playing football. Everything was structured around my physical ability and my aspirations of getting back to regular sporting activity. Thank you for all the help

I had plantar fasciitis in my foot as a result of pregnancy. Conducting hydrotherapy sessions with the london hydrotherapy physios was my saviour in being able to be mobile again with no pain! I received 6 super professional hydro sessions in the pool and really saw a difference after my second session. (I also slept like a baby too which was a bonus!) Would recommend this team to anyone!! Thank you!
