I paid for cleaning of two small carpets. The guy was done very quickly.. and he left the building before informing me that a number of small stains apparently couldn’t be removed. He told me I would have to pay extra for stain removal - I was a little disappointed as I had thought this was what I was paying for with a professional deep clean. I don’t feel the service was worth it. All he did was run a steamer over the carpet and he rushed out before checking I was happy with the work - he didn’t make any attempt to work on individual small stains. For £65 I expected a little more care. It was an end of tenancy deep clean and my landlord also didn’t feel that the carpets looked professionally cleaned...he was a nice guy, and perhaps he was just in a rush on this occasion.
