5* service, if I could give 6* I would, from Sean at London Heating Solutions Ltd. Installed a new boiler in my flat as part of a kitchen refit and went above and beyond including replacing unsafe old pipework and identifying other issues. Sean carefully checked that I was only paying for the right boiler which matched my needs so I didn't waste money unnecessarily but still means my shower has much higher flow rate. Also, installed a Hive metering system with local radiator control valves. It's difficult to trust tradespeople in London but Sean and his brother certainly can - highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with the service from London Heating. Nice people, but after servicing my boiler, which had been problem free and less than 5 years old, it started randomly switching off. We paid over £1,000 to ‘fix’ it. This did not work. They convinced us to pay again to reverse whatever they did and guess what? Still not working. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a reliable heating engineer.

Had a really great experience with London Heating Solutions Ltd, who managed to come in and fit a new boiler in no time and at a great price. Sean and Connor are really top guys - really friendly and super experienced, as well as always honest about some of the potential issues that might pop up and how that might impact the job and costs etc. Luckily it was a simple installation in the end, but I appreciated that there would have been no surprises. Great job guys, will definitely be coming back in future!

Very good service. Turned up at agreed time and quickly diagnosed the problem with underfloor heating. Gave a fair price and rejected the very expensive unnecessary fixes suggested by other companies. Fitted the part quickly and cleanly. Clearly honest and very pleasant people to have in the house. I highly recommend them.
