Recently used this company. Called and got some brilliant advice over the phone. Appointment was booked and confirmation sent by email advising on expected time for the engineer to arrive. Anthony also called to say he would be with us in the next 30 mins at exactly the time they said they’d arrive. Fixed our problem immediately and gave us some advice on how to keep our boiler healthy. Great price but what was even better was great service. Report was received the same day with photos of what they had done. Will definitely be using this company again and will recommend to everybody I know. Had used British Gas for years and always felt they weren’t interested in helping me just trying to get me to buy a new boiler. Happy I’ve found this company.
