Not sure why there are negative reviews for this particular clinic. I went swimming and as a result was left with about 90% hearing loss in both ears. Naturally i was worried tried ear drops for almost a week before going to AandE to get checked out, and was told i had both ears impacted with wax. Subsequently made an appointment to see a specialist in the Marylebone branch for microsuctioning. One review stated to stay away as "its dodgy in a basment" yes, its in a basement of a pharmacy and the facilities are very clean and welcoming. I was seen by a very kind and pofessional specialist called Omur. She cleared out my ears painlessly and quickly. I left the clinic with hearing akin to a new superpower, i cant thank her or recommend her and this company enough. Just a note based on another review. If you should go and your issue is not a matter of wax requiring microsuction, you will be charged £30 for the consultation, this is stated clearly on the website. My advice would be to make sure that you definitely need this procedure before going by visiting your gp beforehand to confirm wax is the issue. Many thanks again Omur.

Booked to get my ears micro-suctioned. Waited 25 mins past my appointment time with no word. My appointment lasted around 1 minute; she barely looked at my ears but told me they were clean and didn’t need microsuction and then charged me £30. She didn’t even glance at the sheet I had filled out which detailed the issues I was experiencing. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS- would rate it 0 if I could.

Exceptional service! After visiting a clinic on Harley Street where they failed to clear my ears, I phoned up the London Hearing Specialist and was able to receive an appointment on the same day for ear wax removal. The audiologist was friendly and professional and was able to remove the wax efficiently and pain free. Overall I highly recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! I went there to get customised earplugs. After 2 weeks, i got a call that they were ready for collection. Been there three times since i got the call and still haven‘t received the earplugs. The place is either closed or they can‘t find the earplugs. Very unprofessional, also they are located in the basement of a pharmacy in Marylebone… overall dodgy place.
