The moment you walk in here you feel welcomed and the people working there seem to know the customers as they are obviously returning satisfied customers. Dr Alam Hussain treated me for earwax removal and could not have been more knowledgeable, passionate and helpful. Not only can I now hear again out of my left ear but I also left with great medical recommendations and tips. Great experience, higly recommend!

I can hear again!!.really pleasant and efficient and much more comfortable than syringing and I've had that done every 12 months for at least the last 10 years.I was put at ease from the moment I walked in. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ive been wait since feb this for an appt to get my ears syringed. Boots could offer me an appt till nov 27th 2020. Specsavers were even worse. So not being able to get this procedure on the nhs due to covid, i rang London Hearing Clinic. Got an appt to suit me and at a time that was convenient. I arrived today at the clinic a bright, exceptionally clean and happy atmosphere. The that welcomed me upon arrival was polite, welcoming and very helpful. I felt relaxed and not nervous at all. I have had this done before but only at my docters. The member of staff who i spoke to was steven and he couldnt have been more helpful. We laughed and joked as ime very self conscious at the mo bout my hearing or rather the lack of it. The young lady who did my syringing was also very helpful, explained to me where the wax was, how we were gonna proceed and i was pleased to learn things i didnt. The prob wasnt solved but that wasnt their fault. They tried their best and ime back on sat to see a hearing specialist free of charge to try a different procedure. Hopefully this will solve the problem. I have other options open to me now as discussed with steven. I came away feeling confident, upbeat and grateful. Its a long way from where i live but it was well worth the journey and the money spent. Ime actually lookin forward to my next appt, confident that we will rectify my situation and i will be able to hear properly again. If not then a very small hearing aid will prob be my next option but i wont know that until after sat. I would recommend this hearing clinic to everybody, a service i cannot fault in any way

A friendly and professional Clinic with excellent and honest service. I was unsure of whether I had hearing problems and the audiologist there tested me and gave me the time to discuss my concerns and provide the best course of rectification. They also offer an amazing ear cleaning service. Highly recommend!
