Originally booked a massage from groupon. I was late for my appointment, my therapist Diana was waiting for me at the door worried that I got lost. She did an amazing job and I ended up booking more appointments with her for my sciatica. It's been three weeks, I saw Diana several times since. My sciatica symptoms are gone. She is calling me every week to review my exercises free of charge. Amazing service. Highly recommended clinic.

I attended for a massage initially with a Timeout offer. This was an excellent massage with great power to feel the benefits and I was kindly informed of follow-up sessions with further offers! i went for massage and osteopath. unfortunately they did the massage I bought for 1 hour in 20 minutes. massage was very bad. Then they told me that you have a problem with your back and sold 2 sessions of Osteopath. they said this is better. There were no Osteopath sessions, they didn't do an Osteopath, they just moved a couple of times and sent them.

The treatment I received here was completely wrong for my achilles tendinopathy. On my last visit I could hardly walk after the appointment. These treatments cost hundreds of pounds and left me in a far worse position than I was when I started there. 1 star for the friendly physio but 0 stars for my treatment. I would like a refund.

Didn't even end up getting my massage as they cancelled my appointment the night before. I called numerous times along with sending texts trying to reschedule, no one got back to me for weeks. Really bad customer service, ending up cancelling the whole thing and getting my money back.
