They shouldn't cancel appointments after accepting the £80 booking fee. Cancellation email went to Spam, so obviously we don't find out until the day.

I called minutes ago, to book a Premium Health Check (£240), and the receptionist Gerda was an absolute nightmare to deal with, not only she hanged up the call when I first called but when I called again I had to spell my name and last name over and over again. She charged me, and said I would receive an email, I didn't receive the email and I told her I didn't feel comfortable hanging up without having proof of my Appointment and Payment! She was rude, said it wasn't her fault and there was nothing she could do, I kept insisting and asked to speak to a Supervisor and she refused saying I was talking to her and literally said, 'You're talking to me, how can I help?'. The level of unprofessionalism of this receptionist is beyond, I finally received the email when she sent it to one of my other email addresses (I kept her on the line even when she sounded upset and offended! The nerve!!!), of course she didn't get my last name correctly the first 2 times she sent the email, disgusting service, I booked with London Harley Street Practice due to all the Positive 5 Star reviews I found here and in different websites. What a shame, having such an awful experience by a very unprofessional Receptionist, Gerda shame on you, how can you dare treating a customer like you treated me over the phone? Zero empathy, and clearly zero supervision by Management.

I recently had a wellness examination and follow up appointment with Dr. Bachelani which was thoroughly conducted and clearly reported in detail afterwards so that I could take full benefit of it and look to have a healthier lifestyle moving forward taking on board his advice. I think it was particularly valuable post Covid when bad habits have crept in without me noticing. His care and attention is much appreciated.

For anybody contemplating making an appointment with the London Harley Street Practice, I can personally recommend the professional services of Dr A. Bachelani and his team. It makes a pleasant change to find a doctor whom actually listens to their patient with sensitivity and interest. Now that I am of a certain age, I intend to book regular six months appointments to ensure my continued better health thanks to the advice that I receive.
