Before hiring the handyman services from this company I look at their google review and it looked like they are a professional company but it turned out they are quite the opposite, Their handyman turned up in an unmarked van, during the conversation I realised he is trying to avoid the difficult work, he did not had adequate material in hand, it was getting dark but he insisted that he had lighting arrangement, later on, I saw he is just using an ordinary torch, his work was below standard, a DIY enthusiast can do a better job, he charged double the amount, very costly. After finishing the job I asked him that once I get the invoice from the company then I will pay them directly but he insisted that payments should be made directly to him. He was supposed to fix a water leakage but this was not fixed, I called the handyman again but he said he is on holidays and then he said he is busy and will contact later but he never contacted, Now I have to hire a professional to get this job done.

This rating is in reference to hanging wallpaper. The person arrived 25 minutes late and without a drop cloth or ladder. I had the little greene wall paper and little green paste ready, and when it was finished it initially looked good and I assumed the wet spots at the seams would dry. It has been 4 days and they are still wet, and once the sun shone through the white gaps between the seams were very obvious when you walk into the room. They did address my complaint taking one hour off the billable time, but it took so long that only marginally helped. They claimed the wall paper paste was poor quality, but Little Greene is not exactly a poor quality company. I would have given more stars if they offered to re-do without charging me additional labour, since now I will have to pay for the wall paper, paste and labour again to fix it all.

Really good end to end service for some minor repair works in our home. There was a quick response to my request for a quote; after I sent a few pictures via WhatsApp to my handy one-point-of-contact (Mark), I got a really quick and reasonable quote for the whole job, labour, and materials. No hidden extras or nasty surprises! We quickly agreed a date and time; when the time had to be shifted slightly on the day, I had timely updates and was never left wondering where the technician was. Hamid arrived when he said he would (he called ahead too), and took time and care to resolve our problems. He was friendly and helpful, even taking the time to tell us the "what next" for decorating over the repairs he had made. I was able to receive and pay the invoice by bank transfer the next day, and overall have been thrilled with the service. I'll be using these guys again, and I hope you consider them too.
