Excellent customer service. My hamper arrived but wooden gift box was damaged. Emailed with photos to explain, received a swift reply and replacement with few extra goodies arrived within 24hrs! Thank you so much, highly recommend and would buy from company again!

Really fantastic hamper and customer service. There was a slight issue with delivery times and the hinge was slightly damaged on the box, but the company sent another box out to me the next day free of charge and waived delivery of the first box. The hamper contents were really great value and looked great too. The recipient was really pleased with it. Would 100% recommend this company. Thank you.

Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a champagne hamper for my dad’s 60th birthday & the hamper was not as described... the only thing correct was the champagne. The items although claimed to be delivered in a lovely wicker hamper, were in fact delivered in a Christmas box... in May!! None of the items listed were actually in the hamper (which I’d picked specifically due to the flavours etc of the items) and the gift message was unreadable. On requesting a partial refund due to the fact the champagne was ok & knowing I would be unable to send the products back (as it got delivered straight to my dad & I only realised a few days later that so much was wrong) i was offered £10 which I declined... the hamper was worth around £70+, i then stopped hearing from this company & had to lodge a complaint through paypal. Honestly the worst customer service i have experienced.
