The Doctor was professional and he was excellent, other than that the hospital is full of clowns. Billing messed up, and reception staff took a bit of time to take me to my room, I had to ask the nurses 3 times to check my blood sugar and 4 times for a copy of my blood work, the nurse didn't give me any post procedure leaflet. In my opinon the hospital is run by clowns.

I have had various treatments over the years in hospitals in London, which have been great. I have been a patient at The London Clinic for the last year or so. I can only say that from the moment you walk into the hospital you are treated like a guest instead of just a patient. Everyone from the front desk, admin. staff to the nurses and the wonderful and highly qualified consultants. Personalised care all the way. I have been under Prof. Gribben's care for about 3 years. Apart from being an internationally recognised leader in his field, he is also a person who goes out of his way to clearly explain what is going on in the various aspects of the treatment when asked a question. I have seen and met many local and INTERNATIONAL PATIENTS who are so grateful for treatment and care under Prof. Gribben.
