I've been playing electric guitar since I was 18, with a 5 year break in between). For the past 15 years or so, I've picked up the guitar on-and-off, basically just noodling, without any real progress, I've decided to make 2021 the year I'd reconnect with the instrument and hopefully take my playing to a new level. At 42, I have limited time and want to make sure I'm as efficient and structured as I can be when it comes to practice time. I've decided that it would be really to find a coach/tutor that could help me in that journey. I met George in January 2021 and have been taking lessons with him since then and have enjoyed every single session a great deal. Becoming a proficient guitar player is a long (and sometimes frustrating) path, but George has been incredibly patient, helpful and motivating. Looking back at the past six months my playing has really evolved. I didn't think I "had it" in me, but now I feel like I'm definitely on the right path. Thank you George, looking forward to many more productive sessions with you.

I have been taking lessons with George for around a year now and have enjoyed every single one. I have been playing guitar for a number of years but have always struggled to progress through ruts and have had slow progress. George has helped me to identify some problems with my technique and has helped me on my quest for improvisation skills. George is a great guy and an insane guitarist. His passion for his job is so obvious and it makes every lesson a pleasure and something that I look forward to. His approach to teaching is extremely clear and well structured and I feel like I am progressing and becoming a better musician because of that.
