I recently changed to London Grace for my nails and pedicures. I had a gel Polish manicure and Pedi. I have to say the treatments were both absolutely fantastic! Both technicians were extremely skilled. The environment is relaxing, clean and luxurious. No chips or breakages over a week later and my nails look fabulous! Lovely cocktail too. Thank you! Let me start with the positives! My nails look great. They have a great choice of colours, and overall, I like the setup. The negatives is that for an expensive manicure, it felt very manic in the store. They were running late, which isn't a major issue, but then it definitely felt like an underlying feeling of tension. I'm not sure if it was just a bad/manic day for them, but I have had better customer experience elsewhere. Still, I went for a manicure, and I like the final product.
