Amazing store with great team whose customer service is amazing. Their response to questions and concerns via instagram is immediate, very helpful and accommodating. Delivery of goods was on time and they only sell the best products (furniture). You even have the added option and opportunity to go to their showroom and see items before committing to buying and you might even snag a bargain whilst at the showroom. Honestly really happy with their service.

I fell in love with the Jasper sofa in green as soon as I saw it on their IG page. I placed my order and the delivery turn around was really quick. On the morning of delivery they contacted me and gave me their ETA. They kept me updated and I was really pleased. My sofa was assembled within minutes and the lads were really pleasant. I’ve had my sofa almost 3 months and I love it. However within a month I noticed that the seating cushions started to sink in the middle. I’m not a heavy person and it’s only myself and my toddler. I’ve had a few sofas over the years always from DFS and never experienced this especially so soon. So I’ve had to put cardboard between the base and the seated cushion’s. I did contact LFO and was told I can purchase new cushion inners at £45 each. Disappointed that I will need to do this as some point of the issue persists. Really want to purchase the 3 seater but having second thoughts now.
