We hired the feather wall for our wedding in July and it looked absolutely amazing! The light against the feathers was the perfect finishing touch to decorate our reception room and our guests absolutely loved having their pictures taken in front of it! Highly recommend the the London Flower Wall Company, who couldn't do anymore in the run up to our big day! They were very prompt with emails and made everything so easy! Thank you again!

Had an amazing experience from start to finish with this company when i booked for my wedding,Having booked before covid,they changed dates for me numerous times,and changed the product I'd chosen originally when I changed my mind with no problem at all. On the day the flowerwall was exactly what I wanted and it looked amazing! I would highly reccomend this company,you won't be disappointed. They are very helpful,and very responsive to messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!! they are not from London, they are from China. Make every excuse going. Returned item as it took 8 weeks instead of 3 weeks as stated when ordering so it was no longer needed. Returned item and they have ignored 6 emails and 4 messages on Instagram (which they have seen) about issuing my refund. Quick enough to take your money but won't refund. Banks are involved now and police will be too. SCAMMERS

After making an order which states 3 to 4 weeks this made it perfect timing for an even in 6 weeks time which this was for. 4 weeks came, no sign of parcel. £40 delivery I expected next day delivery considering its a London company. Contacted and was told it had been shipped and to expect in a few day..... Fab!! 5 days later no parcel, contacted again and was told it had been shipped that day. So previously was a lie. No parcel came, so I contacted and was told suspicious parcel was on the courier..by this point it was 6 weeks and event was in 4 days. Told it would arrive but I didn't. Asked for the tracking number but this was ignored but sent after I asked a 2nd time. I I was shocked to see it was coming from China. I have at no point did anyone say this. London company, London address which is the main reason I ordered. If I wanted to order from China I would have at a fraction of the price. So beware, its not from London and Im stuck with something no longer needed. Still waiting on a reply to get a refund and send back
