    Had two old fireplaces removed from our chimney breast by Brandon and his team. Had an initial visit to inspect what was to be done, and then provided a clear reasonable quote for the works. Communication was top-notch and responsive via email. Works was completed in less than a day and they did everything that was needed, including waste removal. Would recommend.

    Brandon is very knowledgable and helpful to begin with. I am doing a full refurbishment and had a lot on my plate, organising and decisions etc. As well as many delays with materials etc So i did drag it out a bit. as it was more of a luxury so wanted to make sure everything else was covered before committing to this luxury. So got back in contact. He emailed me to arrange a second site visit as the house conditions and prices had changed etc. i confirmed the day was acceptable. Then heard nothing, emailed him couple day before nothing then the night before nothing. Hoped he would just turn up so waiting around the whole day and he didn't show. And have heard nothing from them since and that was about a month ago. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience or was busy sorry couldn't make it or get back to you. So ended up causing me more hassle and inconvenience and having to look for another more professional reliable company to install my stove and line the chimney. Initially was very happy with him and his knowledge, maybe i just had a random bad experience.

    I had my two fireplaces serviced recently. Brandon went out of his way to secure the materials required sooner than proposed by his supplier. I was struck by the attention to detail and care that the engineer took while completing the service. No rush to do the job and leave . He took his time and ensured all the area was left clean . Very polite and professional. I wish all tradespeople were like this. I will definately use London Firepace Specialists again, probably when I need to change my two fires. Price, extremely reasonable for the time and effort he took and compared to other quotes I got. Well done and I hope you continued success in your business.
