Although I didn't end up using their services, I received the most human and honest service from Matt. I was enquiring about a cctv drainage survey, explained my situation to himself and told him about how I had an inspection from Thames Water not too long ago. I made a provisional booking with him and he told me he'd speak to his colleague who is ex Thames Water if I needed a survey at all. Matt called me back a few hours later advising the CCTV survey wasn't needed as my Thames Water test was done recently and came back clear, but it was up to me if I still wanted to get it done. Matt was informative, helpful and went the extra mile to help me. Although I didn't use their services, I know I've found my go to for any drainage issues I might encounter in the future. Thank you!

What an amazing company. I booked an appointment online though chat the previous evening for a blocked drainage pipe. Darren and Ben arrived early, cleared the drainage pipe with their mechanical machine and phoned me to update me after the appointment. I’ve had so much trouble with another very big plumbing/drainage company and they are a breath of fresh air with regards to reliability and professionalism. Thanks guys - you have been amazing. I had drain blockage not the first time last year the same i call londondrain they did the job . The same problem this time but they charge me £270 for filling their tank and emty it they could not open the drain and the water blocked again i didnt want to argue with them because they were very polite . but never again

Engineers DC and JC attended my property on 29th Sept 2022 to unblock the drain at the rear. They provided clear communication and excellent service. After unblocking the drain, they told me that the drain was a shared drain and therefore the job should have been done by Thames Water. London Drains Direct used camera footage to prove that it is a shared drain and clearly indicated this on the invoice, leading to Thames Water reimburing me today. Thank you to London Drains Direct for providing a professional service.
