Simply the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Zero flexibility, very rude and unprofessional / unapologetic staff. I tried to call to tell them I’d be a little late for my appointment (I was 6 minutes late.. which is 1 minute after the cut off) and couldn’t get through to anyone and then was refused a refund. Worst of all - no one seemed to care that the underlying medical issue couldn’t get resolved. They’re so quick to take your money and don’t care at all about being doctors, helping you and are incredibly rude at the same time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - there are far better alternatives out there.

Life saver service that was so easy to book online for a Sunday morning appointment for my husband & I. Dr Shatha Taha saw us both, and she instantly proved herself as a trustworthy, experienced & credible Doctor. We can’t thank her enough for helping us feel able to make the long distance flight from London to Sydney in 2 days time. Prescribed the best treatment plan for what we both needed. The practise was bright & clean, with a nice waiting area. No queues - such a calm peaceful place.

I was requesting a very specific blood test (ammonia) for a pre existing I condition I already have. I made it clear when emailing the enquiries team of exactly what was needed to ensure the accuracy of my blood test. The enquires team could not help me and told me I had to talk to the doctor therefore I made an appointment. The doctor could also could not make any suggestion to me as my condition is very rare. This is somewhat understandable and the doctor said I could go direct to the lab for the test and he would not charge me for the appointment. The lab messed around with my sample and as a result I now cannot trust the accuracy of the result. To make matters worse when I emailed the enquires team to issue a refund on the appointment due to the doctor offering this they told me no and that the doctor was misinformed. I did not ask the doctor for the refund, he offered it to me therefore I find this very bad customer service. I have wasted a days holiday from work, the cost of the appointment, cost of the blood test which is now not accurate enough for me to use and transport in and out of London. This is without taking in to account the frustration it caused. A very bad experience from start to finish and I do not think they should be offering this blood test when they clearly cannot provide it to an accurate standard
