The food was really disappointing, some items were just inedible. I tried all their options in case they were better at one cuisine vs another, but all the options were bad. When I complained about the food, rather than an apology or even acknowledgement, I was told I was the first one to complain. After that I didn’t even bother asking for a refund because they clearly don’t care about customers or feedback.

Had very poor and disappointing experience. Ordered 'Diwali hamper' 10 days prior to Diwali expecting delivery at least on Dhanteras. However there was no tracking facility and the numbers provided were very very slow to respond to queries. Then we were told that order was stuck with UK customs for having wax in candles etc(which is quite strange as these things should be well studied and tested). This was told only after asking repeatedly and with Dhanteras on next day. Then some false commitments were made that order will be delivered next day and definitely before Diwali, however it was never to be delivered before Diwali. On day prior to Diwali (after I called after getting no tracking info which was commited) I was told that order will arrive couple of days post Diwali. Finally I cancelled the order. It was a mistake ordering from them and I should have chosen to ask someone to courier things from India or buy stuff made in UK only. Lesson learnt after disappointment on Diwali day , stay away from this vendor!!
