I gave my partner for his birthday the “winemaking for a day” activity, and we couldn’t recommend it more! Aaron was an incredibly knowledgeable host, and started the day off with showing us the fundamentals and principles to follow when tasting a wine. We then moved on onto the different type of grapes, understanding the differences between them and we also created our own blend that we got to take home! Such a lovely experience for someone that wants to learn a little bit more about wines tasting / making or for people that just want to refresh their memory and taste some delicious wines. The lunch was included and even that was delicious. Couldn’t recommend more!
