I actually was booked on and attended the clinic on lesson grove near Edgware road station. I arrived an hour early but was tested straight away anyway. The lady was very polite and professional and I received the certificate by 7pm the same day. Convenient location and very good service

Booking was easy and before the appointment they answered my questions promptly. The appointment itself went really well, the clinic was really easy to find and close to King's Cross station. My issue was that I booked a 4 hour express PCR with a 6pm appointment, I didn't see anywhere when booking that said there was a cut off time for getting the result the same day (if i missed this, then it was my mistake). I was half expecting not to get it the same day and this was confirmed at the appointment, they said that we would get it before 12pm the next day. We didn't get the result until after this and I had to ring twice. Overall the service was good and the staff were very polite, just disappointing to pay extra for a service that couldn't be delivered. I would still recommend using the clinic.
