The location is perfect. Close to the underground, shops, coffee bars, attractions. This is what I liked the most. The hotel was okay but for this price I expected something more. No elevator, the aisles are tight. Room was okay, for 3-4 nights. Bed comortable but the pillows not much. Windows a little bit dirty :( However, the staff was friendly, we got some extra soaps, tea, coffee, biscuits.

The room smelled like sewer gases, and the carpet was a bit gross. The people were decent, and nobody treated us poorly, but this hotel would not survive in America or most Western countries. They kept the room very clean, but the towels had a weird odor. Perhaps the cleaning fluids or powders had a very unappealing smell.. Walkability: The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the yellow and district subways.

We arrived a bit early in the morning and the receptionist kindly arranged a room for us to check in early so we can start exploring the city early. We stayed 3 nights, none of the days was house keeping done except the last day they gave us two new hand towels to replace our bath towels? What kind of a joke is that. THE HOTEL HAS NO LIFTS - tiny steep staircases up and down. Upon checking out another receptionist farewelled us he did not offer to help with carrying our luggage at all. Instead he was down the street having a smoke, watching us struggle with the suitcases. This receptionist worked 27/3/23 4am you know who you are. Would not recommend this hotel

Basic no frills room. Bathroom and shower were good. Our room was situated on the street side and was noisy. Location is excellent..literally 30 secs from the tube station.
