  Terrible hotel, poor facilities and hidden costs. Arrived and they took a £50 security deposit which I asked to pay in cash but they said there is no reception in the morning so had to be card but that comes with a service fee so only get £47.50 back, wasn't very welcoming. The bedsheets were thin almost like an under sheet rather than a bed sheet. The shower wouldn't go warm let alone hot so it's either no shower or a cold one. The electrics seemed dodgey as the charger I plugged in got very hot for unknown reasons as it never does that normally. Not recommended, pay a bit extra and go elsewhere!!

  Sadly there’s no option for 0 stars. Do not stay here. Our room was so filthy we had to leave and waste quite a lot of money. Even more concerning, many of the stains had the distinct appearance of blood. The hotel would not refund any part of the fee or deposit despite the blatant violation of their cleaning and safety practices. I get it’s a low cost hotel in a posh area, but it does not take a lot of effort to at least make it sanitary and safe to stay in.

  The hotel is a few minutes' walk from Oxford Street. Thanks to Mr Dee from the reception desk - he was so kind and helpful and thanks to him we had a good time at the hotel. Speaking about the hotel - the rooms are with very old furniture, not well cleaned and the only reason to stay there was the location and the positive attitude of Mr Dee.
