    Four words: Affordable, Accessible, Flexible, and Personal Affordable: Definitely the PG Diploma level TEFL course was within my budget to prepare well for job hunting as an ESL teacher. Accessible: As a USA citizen in Indonesia preparing to move to Japan, this online TESOL course offered to me exactly what I needed; I didn't have to be in another city to prepare well. Flexible: I was allowed to do the coursework on my own time, which was extremely important since I have a full time job and live in a different time zone. Personal: LCT&T had real people interacting with me by email, Whatsapp messages, voice call, voice messages. My personal tutor Ms. Swagata Ganguly was available through WA to answer all questions I had about the material or course plan. She was so patient in clarifying everything for me.
