I was in a short introduction makeup course, in Lime Grove. The working time was always short, because the tutor was always in a hurry to leave, we even left half an hour earlier than the closing time, often we could not clean the brushes and take off the make up. The tutor would put awful music all the time every day, it was unbearable the students do not have to be tortured with songs of the tutor's personal taste. Moreover the resources are very poor at this university we had little material to work with, a lot of empty packages as this was not enough for everyone and we had to move from secretary to secretary to get the product to work, which is ridiculous! It came to the point of looking like a survival movie scene where everyone jumped on scarce material as if it were the last food to survive. Such a school in Europe would be a failure because in the rest of Europe schools offer better service with better tutors and much more material. If you are a foreigner do not attend this school! Here at this class do bulling to foreigners, I was bullied by the tutor and most of the colleagues who were born here on this island, some of them ironically 2-generation immigrants born here. It`s not good for the school's image to treat foreigners that way. Disgusting and outrageous! I don`t recommend at all!

The university's management is poor and staff are not well trained and under qualified. Good teachers are few and don't stay long.

The teaching was not up to my expectation. Instructors lacking in professionalism is a main concern and the 15 day make up class is not worth 3495.(teaching time is only one to two hours a day and the remaining time is practice.) Few instructors are nice and professional but others like Claudia S. who likes to make fun of student and bully student should definitely receive training on her manners and communication skill. I do not recommend this course to people who are under 18 as young people are more vulnerable to their staff who are not really certified teachers, misbehaved and lacking in professionalism, nor do I recommend it to people who want to learn individualized or creative makeup.
