I originally booked 2 route masters for my nieces wedding, 2 years ago but we had to cancel them because of covid. 2 years later this company was still competitive and so I booked them again. They turned up on time, the staff were polite and we had a lovely ride from the church to the reception. For a small corkage fee we were able to have drinks on the ride. It was fun seeing passer-by’s reactions, pointing and taking pictures. I would use them again

My first contact with this company was back in 2020 and communication was fantastic! Back and forth communications via email and I booked with them for my wedding. When covid hit they accommodated and moved dates. My wedding day finally came around and I get a call from them an hour before pick up to inform me the bus won’t start and they are waiting for a mechanic!! Straight away I go into panic mode being that I had over 60 guests waiting to be picked up to be bought to my venue and they were meant to be coming back for my bridesmaids also! I had to ring my Groom and inform him and give him the number to take over as I was currently getting ready for what was meant to be the best day of my life. An hour had past and still no double decker bus!! Finally after an hour and a half late they arrived and my bridesmaids had to get on with my guests as there was no time to come back now. Luckily I had married 3 days before hand at a registary office so had a celebrant on this day but everything else was then delayed. My photos was rushed, my main wedding breakfast was rushed, and they helped themselves to this meal also without asking!!!! I then had some more photos after the wedding breakfast which was rudely interrupted by a very scruffy and unprofessional lady, who was the conductor of the bus, to give me my wedding sign which was meant to be displayed on the bus until we have finished using the bus! On the way back we were shouted up and threatened that if we were not on the bus in 2 minutes that they were going to leave!! Once on the bus on the way home, we were shouted at again as a couple of people stood up to sort out children! There were no lap belts as advertised for safety! As soon as the last person stepped off of the bus it tore away!! We didn’t even get a chance to double check for forgotten items!! I have had no apology and very little communication with this business to try and resolve this before going to a small claims court but again I have had an excuse that they were busy and could not talk to me! Please do your research before hand as this company has a habit of letting people down and being late. I would NOT recommend this company and neither would any of my guests.
