With my friend I signed up for the publicly advertised night Brighton ride. I knew I also needed to join the club but as ride was in July planned to join closer to the date. I then got an email warning me I would be deleted from the event on Eventbrite. I was busy the next day and surprised to get an email in 24 hours stating my entry had been cancelled. When I emailed to complain about the short notice the response was ‘ You won’t be joining the Club. We don’t welcome people with you attitude.’ no name. No apology. The people running this Club need some customer care training..
