I am usually terrified of dentists and treatment, I gag having things in my mouth. i stopped going for years too terrified until this dentist practice which I have been going to for around 20 years, everyone is fantastic, going above and beyond Is the norm, from the reception staff to the management team everyone is extremely helpful, friendly, very efficient, kind and genuine, everyone is trustworthy, I know I am in safe hands. My dentist Claire is phenomenal, i don’t know what I’d do without her, (well I’ve seen Chirag on occasion), both are incredible dentists and are awesome, they care, are gentle, considerate, friendly professional, they listen, their kindness, concern, gentleness and understanding, they are immaculate, highly skilled dentists dentistry is an art, a passion to them, they have seen me return every year for check ups and treatment, they’ve helped reduce my anxiety and I gag less, they know my limits. I’m a full time power wheelchair user, I request my appointment to be in the ground floor clinic which is wheelchair accessible. Now the dentist practice has been forced to go private I have stayed with them, not only because they know me, they just are the best dentist practice I’ve been to in 50 years. They gave great monthly payment plans to help. They put the patient first. If you are nervous, they will support you, from reception room to dentist chair. If you find dentists easy you will find this practice friendly professional and genuine people working there. Those with disabilities visible or invisible they have a ground floor clinic, if i remember correctly there is a wheelchair accessible toilet too (it’s been awhile since I used it- assume it’s still there). They have always been inclusive and great around my Intersectionality, I’m transgender nonbinary and they respect my pronouns and nonbinary gender. They are good around my mental health. I can’t thank london city smiles enough, i don’t know what I’d do without them, I 100% recommend them. My carers have all witnessed the how London city smiles care for me and all of them are planning to join the practice.

I always find it a nice relaxing experience my dental checks and care with Dr Meera and the hygienist. Dr Meera is the most professional and caring attentive dental Dr I know and have seen. I feel I can totally trust her with my dental needs and I can get a clear explanation and advices where necessary and should I ask her. I highly recommend her to all clients. Please look after her and keep her on your staff! The reception staff is also very helpful and welcoming. I appreciate the reminders - emails. The surgery is very clean, light and calm and inviting.
