Booked a free consultation feeling quite worried about my hair. Steve was very calming and informative. The energy was good and you feel heard. Steve asked some questions about my family history and then took pictures of my hair and gave me an honest analysis of how things were. I thought that a free consultation could have a catch but actually, Steve told me that he didn’t really think I had much to worry about and that I could contact him should I have any more concerns. I’ve kept in touch with LCT and will continue to do so. 5 stars.
