The worse customer service experience in my life ....literally ripped off 210 £ saying that I can use this balance anytime after pandemic with no specific date to expire ....now they don't respond to my phone call neither email ....really disappointed and in need of tha money after more ghen a year unemployed...it seems like no care honestly its depressing .

I have never encountered someone so rude and unprofessional as the administrator I spoke to. She completely ruined my birthday and charged us for a a stay when she told the booking was cancelled on they’re part. When I rang her she hang the phone up on me. The most vile rude human I have ever met. I cannot wait for karma to do it’s thing.
