Very poor care from this company, carers turn up to their own schedule, leaving clients alone for over 18 hours! Breakfast visit made at 10 a.m then returned30 minutes later to do lunch visit, no change when complaint made, they just became more sly !complaint also sent to care commission & banned them, wouldnt trust these carers with looking after my pet let alone a loved one ! Shameful

I can't say all the carers were bad but generally speaking there was no compassion and hygiene was poor, Using the same gloves for food after changing the commode. As I say not all the staff, just most. One member of staff ended up putting my wife back in hospital after being a bit rough and catching her Catheter. Would NEVER allow these back in my house or look after any family member. This is the only time I have had to make complaints to CQC.

Had to put a star to enable me to put up a rating otherwise it would have been no star at all. If you want your loved one to be overdosed on four different medications, have feaces left on the pillow and walked around the hallway and bedroom not have the catheter emptied and left lying on the floor then you'll live the service these so called care agency provide. Unprofessional, poorly trained (in my experience) unable to contact the Manager (always busy and out of the office) in the end I had to call in Social Services and the Quality Care Commision.

Very Kind and friendly but carers don't always clean up after themselves.
