I felt at home from day 1 and since joining 3 months ago, my confidence and ability of public speaking has skyrocketed. My first encounter with this public speaking club was in January 2019. I have a clear recollection of my first impression. Upon entering the spacious venue I was warmly welcomed at the entrance by the host. When I took my place I found the agenda placed on the chair and it clearly explained the structure of the meeting. I came to the front to introduce myself. Later I was also asked to respond to an impromptu table topic question. I returned three years later on a hot summer day hoping to improve my speaking skills by attending this club on a regular basis. My fear of public speaking before joining was enormous and has improved significantly since attending London Cardinals. The organisation has provided me with the opportunity to have a mentor. Another thing I particularly like is the fact that I am able to track all my progress on a well-manned website. I would recommend this Club to anyone who dreams of taking their storytelling techniques, confidence and leadership skills to the next level. In case anyone has the desire and the will to compete, there are various competitions throughout the year in which you can present your skills at the local and international level. Last but not least, joining Cardinal Toastmasters will be beneficial in your professional career as it is acknowledged in the workforce in the UK as well as all over the world. Practising public speaking is a valuable skill for everyday life and here you will get ample opportunities for growth in a friendly and welcoming environment.

The club has produced some of the best speakers in town and continues to help people grow and improve themselves. Great experience! Meetings are well organised for the virtual and in-person format. The club's members and guests are very supportive and you can join meetings as a guest whenever you want until you make the decision to join - personally, it took me only 2 meetings ;)

It's a well organised and friendly club. I like the format of their sessions and they always try to accommodate everyone who attends whether they are a guest or a member. Lots of members have met their original targets and even competed to several national competitions. I would highly recommend this club as everyone is enthusiastic and keep the spirits high throughout the sessions. Lovely people with good intentions who help each other to get better.
