My client placed a holding deposit for an apartment with a specific time frame to move in. They asked for additional accounts which the time frame then passed. They refuse to give back the deposit and don’t abide by their own rules. Professional thieves which is highlighted within all these reviews. She dealt with weslee who’s passive aggressive manner highlighted the rife incompetence within their so called firm which seems like a money laundering ring. Avoid at all possible costs.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I wish I never had any dealings with these lot. Firstly they lie about the furnishing saying “high quality” but in fact are the cheapest that Argos has to offer. They used stock photos of a lavishly decorated, high spec home but when you turn up it’s cheap and tacky furniture. They are hard to get hold of and when you do manage to reach someone it feel like you are talking to someone on their first day on the job no matter who you speak to. Extremely poor phone manner and the way they communicate leave you wondering if they are even a real company which is madness considering they manage the HOME you live in. They recently tried to raise my rent by 18.5% from £2,200 to £,2,600 (way above local market value) at the very last minute basically backing you into a corner and the back and forth in emails was disgusting with the way I was spoken to. One star is WAY too generous for these lot. STAY AWAY. I TRULY REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE AMATEURS. The way they do business should be illegal!!! Money hungry estate agents with no care. Truly the lowest of the low!!
