I haven't even used my camper yet but felt compelled to write a review because Rob is such a gent. We originally made our booking back in May of this year, but had to reschedule last minute. Rob was more than accommodating and allowed us to change to this autumn. And idiot that I am, I forgot to put it in my diary...so the weekend came, I'd not seen the emails warning me of the fact that as of tomorrow I was due to be out of town in a campervan and so received a message from Rob kindly alerting me to that fact, for me to realise my wife is away, the children with grandparents, and I was due in conference. I was fully prepared to lose my deposit or get in that family camper by myself to drive to some desolate camping site on my own in the rain, but Rob stopped me short and told me to reschedule (again) to dates that were more amenable. He's a legend. Can't help but feel that he must think me an utter fool - he'd be right to but he's been more than accommodating, forgiving and forever patient with our family (i.e. me). If customer service and empathy had a name, it would be "Rob". Anyone reading this should book a camper with the man on that basis alone. Hero.

London Campers is highly recommended. Rob was great. He brought the camper to Heathrow airport so we could get straight on the road. The van was packed with loads of equipment. The conversion from bench to bed was easy. (Rob sends videos that you can refer to throughout the trip if needed.) We are already planning our next trip.

We hired the green van for a week in Wales and it was fantastic - came clean and in good working order with everything we needed and some lovely extra touches, including a really handy device at the front which we could link our phones to, use google maps and play our music etc. Rob was super friendly and on hand via phone/text for any issues (like when we forgot how to switch the fridge on), the whole process of hiring was straight forward and we will definitely hire again!

I could not recommend London campers enough. The booking process from start to finish was seamless, Rob even arranged for us to view the different campervan models before booking. The campervan was spotless and had absolutely everything you would need. Rob was accommodating with timings and quick to answer any questions. I cannot wait to hire again and would without hesitation recommend.
