I visited this shop over a month ago to buy my first ever lens. I wanted a used 35 or 50 mm prime lens. I was able to browse at my own pace, and being a consumer I became tempted by various more expensive options on display. I asked to have a closer look (being a newb I was a bit nervous), and a guy called Adam was really helpful. He didn't pressure me into buying the most expensive lens, but it seemed he wanted me to leave the shop with the right product and something I would be happy with. I think I had an expensive standard zoom boxed and ready to pay for, but I saw sense as a beginner and left with a really good value 50 mm Sony prime and love using it. Adam was really cool about my indecision and as a result made me a loyal customer of the London Camera Exchange. Thanks.

I visited London Camera Exchange with a camera issue that turned out to be a very simple user error. The young-ish guy working there sorted it out in seconds with no fuss or haughty comments. I'm very thankful, they saved me a lot of time and money, sending the camera away. . I didn't need to buy anything at the time, hence the positive review :)
