The receptionist (late night security officer) is really terrible, the key card doesn’t work for the entrance since the door issue, but the receptionist ask me to go downstairs for at least five times and I asked him to come with me to check the door,he said he cannot leave his chair. Then there is another guy came for the same issue, obviously he came with us to check. His attitude is REALLY REALLY BAD ALL THE TIME.
